Career History & Expertise:
Rachel completed a Degree in Law at Swansea University and LPC at the College of Law Guidford, and she began her training with Bates in 2004, qualified in 2006, and became a Partner in 2008. After qualification, she moved to Fleet to set up the Family and Litigation Department. Rachel's areas of expertise include all areas of Litigation, Family Proceedings and Equine Law.
Specialist interest in Family Cases, Pre-Nuptial Agreements and Cohabitation Disputes and Professional Negligence.
She is currently training to become an accredited Family Mediator.
Hobbies & Interests:
Rachel is a keen horse rider, in her spare time she competes at British eventing with her horse Esti, and she enjoys the walking in the local Hampshire countryside with her dog Archie.
