Career History & Expertise:
Tulia joined Bates Solicitors in 2006 after being admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales, and became a partner in 2009. Tulia is bilingual in English and Spanish and her practice in law includes all aspects of Residential Property, Landlord and Tenant and Compromise Agreements. Tulia is also a qualified Lawyer in Colombia, South America, and has experience in Commercial Law, Administrative Law, Employment Law and Mediation. Tulia holds Diplomas in Insurance and Reinsurance, Contract Law and Mediation from The Pontifical Xavierian University in Bogota Colombia and a Diploma in Human Rights from Birkbeck College University of London.

Hobbies & Interests:
Tulia likes travelling and has a particular interest in foreign history and different cultures. She also enjoys going to the gym and Latin American music and dance.
