Pre-Nuptial Agreements

Recent case law has significantly impacted upon the manner in which a Pre-Nuptial Agreement will be interpreted by the Court.  Whilst a Pre-Nuptial Agreement is still not legally binding under UK Legislaton,  in certain situations, it will be upheld or taken into account by the Court.  At Bates, we can advise you as to how to create an enforceable Pre-Nuptial Agreement and assist you with the document.

Cohabitation Agreement
