Litigation

Civil Litigation encompasses the various disputes which may arise between individuals or companies. Our litigation solicitors are all general Civil Litigators and can therefore assist with most types of civil dispute.

We can help with disputes that may arise in family matters or employment, but may also arise in many other areas of life whether in relation to money, property or injury.

When property relationships breakdown.

Such disputes might arise between owners of a property, between landlord and tenant, between neighbours - we will provide clear, quick and effective advice.

Joint owners of a property may find themselves in dispute as to the shares in which they own a property.  One of the joint owners may wish to sell, and the other may wish to remain in the property.  Our litigation team can advise you, on the principles in establishing such shares and in the procedure in making an application to the Court for a declaration and/or an order for sale.  Careful analysis of the issues frequently enables the parties to resolve such issues without Court proceedings having to be commenced.
